Returned to get another oil change and cabin air filter. Excellent service again. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable Will be back Margaret
My Tech was fantastic, all have been above average which is why my one time stop based on my location and time available has led to a change to using GCOC. But this tech listened to the fact that I had an air filter to change and that he didn't need to check it and wasn't visibly bothered by the removal of an upsale. The team did the service quickly, they let me know of some things that should be tackled. First time we have come to this location and certainly won't be the last. We are also from Taber. Good customer service goes a long way. Lindsay was genuinely one of the sweetest people we've met, incredible customer service, transparent, and efficient. The boys working with her were wonderful too (sorry I forgot your names)!
