I phoned looking for just a couple of stones to replace broken ones, not realizing that Domenic and team are landscapers, and not retailers. I was ready to say my goodbyes but Domenic asked me to send him a picture of the stone that I was interested in. Because of his experience dealing with landscaping shops, he offered to help me out and maybe direct me. Domenic and his team were very friendly, competent and accommodating. Our original plan was to reuse the old pavers for the walkway repair, however, some of the pavers were eroded over the years and that would have voided the warranty. The team came up with a new plan with reasonable pricing, allowing us to have a nice walkway with new pavers and within our budget. This is true customer service.
