Don't ever rent here. I rented an "Updated Apartment" (new floors, new kitchen, new bathroom vanities and freshly painted) and while mopping the floor, my mop went through the baseboard and into the bathroom wall. When I pulled the rubber base board back, I found gaping 2-3" gaps in the sheetrock behind the rubber baseboard. The half bath smelled like mold. Do not rent from here. The current owners are horrible. I was charged every month for water that I was not using. I was out of town for 2 weeks at one point and my water bill never went down. I have purchased a home and my two month water bill was LESS than any one monthly bill at the apartment. When I moved out, they put vinyl flooring but charged me for carpet replacement.
