I would like to be explained what was happening before it happen not after.
The surgery is very calming in terms of design and the inter-staff banter" is a great distraction for patients. All of your staff were warm and welcoming so it is difficult to single anyone out!!"
I didn't have an appt., but they were able to accommodate me that very morning because of a situation with my teeth, this was the 2nd time I had to call last minute to get an appt and was immediately given one. I have been petrified to go to a dentist for years, I now go regularly and love the warm atmosphere and a staff that genuinely cares. Dr. Markowitz is very attentive and, I feel takes an interest in every patient. I now love smiling a big smile!
