my surgeon's office told me to go to er for help beings my surgeon wasn't in the office to see me. the er doctor didn't want to give any pain meds, just tell me to make an appointment with my surgeon. plus, continue doing things that are not helping me. ugh.....
I recently had my second baby at GB regional, and again I wasnt disappointed in the nursing staff. I had Melanie, Joan, and Miranda. I can't say enough how much those 3 ladies took care of my family. I had a hard labor and they made it so much easier for me, from answering all my questions to running and getting me an extra pillow. I know its " their job" but they never made me feel like I was bothering them in any way! So from our family, WE THANK YOU!!

No matter what you are there for, they tell you to go see your family doctor tomorrow! Don’t you think if I felt I could wait, I would! They overcharge you and then quit sending you billing statements, then send you to collections and say it’s your fault, because you know you owe them money! Well I don’t dispute the fact that I owe them money but I’m not just going to randomly send them money without having a statement to send with it! Plus the lady in billing department is VERY RUDE!! This is the worst experience ever. Had to bring my son to the hospital cause of an accident, have been sitting here now going on 3 hours. Seen nurse when first got here, then didn't see a dr till 3 hours later and still waiting. Been over 20 minutes waiting on her to bring prescription to me. worst experience ever. will not come back or recommend this hospital.
