Went to Dr. Mike for pregnancy SPD. Went regularly and felt so much better this time around than my first pregnancy! No need to be in pain while pregnant when Dr. Mike can take care of you. I've since had my son and now see him for help with aches and pains in my back associated with nursing. He's great! Highly recommend.

He is awesome. I was having so many issues with my neck, back, hips when I first started seeing him. He helps with my muscle issues as well which is most of my problems now. He is great!

Does it matter when you exercise? Research says that it does. A study at the University of Chicago found that those that exercise after work had better results in terms of strength and muscle growth compared to exercising in the morning. Another study from the Journal fo Physiology found that if you exercise before breakfast you lost more weight than those who exercised after work. So depending on your personal goals in working out, time of day can assist in achieving your goals.

23. That is the percentage of female athletes who've had at least one concussion during their careers, versus 17 percent of men. Concussions in sports are more common than most people realize. Often they go unnoticed and untreated. If you have any questions about signs and symptoms of concussions or returning to play concerns, please stop by and talk with us. We would love to help you become more aware of this growing concern, especially in youth sports.
