Kathy Yoo is very unprofessional. She doesn’t respond to messages or emails. She even hung up on me when I called to follow up. We set a meeting time and she never showed.
Very unprofessional agents, They have listing for Liquor Store, It shows price including real estate, goodwill and inventory, I sent the NDA and they send me numbers with all included. An assistant of listing agent called me, I was asking details about real estate, goodwill and Inventory, she has no clue, than she suddenly says inventory is not included (which is 1M), than next minute, she asked me how much money I have, and asked me to send her offer, I repeated myself that I need detail info to make informed descision and ... read more
Mr. Wan needs to pay more attention to the way the people who work for him respond to; or otherwise treat potential clients/buyers (i.e., as irrelevant or otherwise not worth their time). I received a very nonchalant email response from the manager, Reema Mangla Thadikamalla that was barely a sentence long. I had to ponder what it was about my request for information that did not even warrant a decent response to "All" of my questions. Do not trust listings from this company. Their listings are totally un-verified and most of the times they have not been to the location at least once. They just take the numbers from the seller what ever they provide and publish them. Most Sellers get to this guy because they do not do any verification, and the seller can provide any numbers he wants and wait for some innocent buyer fall into the trap. All he cares is his commission.
Horrible. Run away from them. Do not use them especially kathy Yoo. Very unprofessional. They schedule a showing and they never show up to appointments
