I would strongly recommend this store to anybody out there who vapes. These guys know the products inside and out. Plus they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. If you have any question, they will have the answer. They make suggestions to you that would be good for the consumer, not the company. I will always go to Great American Vapes, and am happy they finally have a store in Bossier. Keep up the great work guys!

Hands down, the best place in shreveport bossier to go to. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They work very efficiently to get you in and out, especially when it come to making juice. They have the best prices on hardware and the house juices are of premium quality. I always highly recommend them to friends, family and coworkers.

It's my go to place. It's like a second home. I feel like I'm really getting my money's worth and there juices are really good.
Went in to look for a battery, the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Most places now a days act like they are doing you a favor just by standing there but not here. They put the customer first. Very happy with the customer Svc.

Love this place. Very knowledgeable about the vape's. Very nice. I've been in other vape stores and was never asked for help. Great American vape's ask if you need help.
Nicest customer service I have seen in a long time. I walked in and had zero knowledge of vapes and they were super nice, knowledgable, and had great communication. I just wish I could give y'all 10 stars!!
