Anybody who has questions or wants AMAZING customer service needs to make a trip to the Bossier location. Reagan, Robert, and Tony are extremely nice and helpful! Not to mention their house juices are out of this world !
So I had a small mishap my first time in the shop, received a bottle of juice but had no flavor. I left a 3 star review, and Great American Vapes reached out to me, asking me to come back and they will fix it. I came by today and they helped me out. Everyone was friendly, engaging, and made me feel at home. They didn't give that Brown nose vibe to try and get me to change my review. They were just being honest and helpful.
