I was brand new to vaping and the staff at GAV were awesome. Cole spent a good 30mins with me helping me select the right mod. I’ve been back a few times for juice on Wednesdays to take advantage of the 2 for 1 special, and every time I go each person that serves me is very nice, professional, and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Favorite Vape shop in Shreveport. I hadn’t been in to this location for over a year due to working from home and conflicting hours between work and their business hours. I went back in about a month ago and was greeted as if I never stopped coming in. Tony is awesome and remembered me after all that time, now that’s what you call caring about your customers!
I was no impressed with the limited premium juice selection and the very dry customer service. I felt like the gentleman helping me was ready to get what I wanted and get me out of there. The service was not friendly or inquisitive. I also noticed the selections he suggested was no where near what i explained I liked. I am still on the search for a solid vape shop to call home.
