So it took me several hours to find out that Vacations By the Mouse was previously Great American Vacations. Unfortunately, you can't find them when trying to write an honest review unlike the others you see. We had booked our spring break vacation on 2/18/25 for the week of 3/17/25 and were so excited because this location had dropped it's price to under 100/night. We have been using Great American Vacations for over 6 years to manage our vacation home in the Orlando area, and they have been really amazing in all those years. Quick to respond, open for suggestions, always do everything in the interest of the vacation home, their owners, but also the renters in the home. You cannot go wrong with them, highly recommended.
Top Notch Company. I've used them for about a year and would highly recommend them. Very impressed with the attention to detail on the maintenance and property upkeep. Very responsive to any requests big or small. They have an excellent marketing strategy which has exceeded my expectation on both booking capacity and quality of customers!!!
