I called several days in advance to have a lienholder added to the transaction. They said they couldn't do it without an amortization schedule and suggested I contact an attorney prior to closing. Their fee was going to be almost $300 plus the attorney fee. Instead, I went to the Greene County Recorder's office after the closing and did exactly what I needed myself for $37.50.
