RecommendedGreat people that actually care about their customers. They are always nice, easy to deal with, and honest. I have taken my cars here for years and feel like they have always treated us fair. Highly recommended. Nicole is always nice and cheerful. Super respectful and helpful. Paul is THE man. Always explains everything well and makes sure we understand. They all seem to go the extra step for us. Cannot recommend them enough.
Ran in yesterday for a fix on a flat tire for my hubby’s car...Nichole was beyond helpful and her co-worker Fidel brought the tire in from my trunk and back out once it was fixed! Amazing service! Hubby got home to find out that a second tire had a nail in it, we brought it back the next am (today), and immediately Travis stepped up to fix the issue in way less time than expected! They've been tending to my cars for about 15 years now. They are efficient, professional and not in the least friendly. Prices are affordable, too. Every time I get there I have this feeling I'm visiting old friends. I've never even had any reasons to complain or be disappointed. Thank you, Tim, Nichole, Jeremy and Co. !
I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are friendly, knowledgeable & honest. I’ve had my car repaired there numerous times; oil changes, brakes, and various random issues. It doesn’t matter what the problem was, they’ve always been able to diagnose it & get it fixed quickly. I just stopped in on Saturday, 5 minutes before closing, to make an appointment for today (Monday). After I explained the problem I was having, they took the time to look at it right away. Less than willing to mount a trailer hitch. Not good customer service! Very short over the phone and rude at best.
Another great job by Great American Tire! Had a short notice ( tire blowout ) Got it done super fast and reasonable. Always helpful and fun to deal with staff, not only getting the repair done but helping the mood as well! Highly recommended!
They have a very good set of people that work for them and the prices are reasonable as well. This is the only place I take my cars!
I can't say enough about the staff with their personalized service and Professional Knowledge they never disappoint not to mention their competitive pricing there always less than anyone else I give them a 12 out of 10 outstanding
