I have been at the Mesa Hills location several times, and good is always delicious. I was there with dome friends on 9-16-17. Waiter was very attentive and kept coming to ask if we needed for soda, water or anything else. Exceptional service. Good was delicious as always. Will be going again this Thursday for a friend's birthday dinner.
Lots of red meat.kids enjoyed it and not to expensive.wait staff was pleasant
Terrible service and the food isn't worth the hour long wait. I've been to 3 locations and I've never had a positive experience.

Each old Great American location is independently operated and owned so now unfortunately there are distinct differences between them. Please be sure you are referring to the one here by Sunland Park Mall. We pride ourselves in taking good care of our customers!.
When there for my son's girlfriends graduation dinner and at first the host and server where good. We still had to wait for a few more joined to show up,but by this time the server was asking if the rest of the party would be there soon cause we had to order before 9 cause they close at 9. In my server experience and assist manager experience if you are there an hour before you close your kitchen has to stay open till the last order goes in. I have never felt so rushed to eat at restaurant .
Coronado High's Varsity Boy's Soccer Team held it's Season Banquet at the Mesa Hills location. Good Service, plenty of room for players and their family, convenient audio visual equipment for presenting video highlights of the team's Championship Season: Area & Bi-District Champs, first time in the last 6 years of the school's history.
