All of the employees were very friendly and helpful! We drove 35 minutes to go specifically to this jeweler and they did a great job engraving a timepiece for a Christmas present. Great price, and it was done in a timely fashion. Would recommend this place if you need a custom engraving done!

I was honored to receive my fiance's grandmother's ring as an engagement ring, and when his family gave me their blessing to reset the diamond, I was completely lost! To any guy out there who is in the market for an engagement ring, don't think and go to Great American Jewelers! My first time as you can imagine buying an engagement ring was nerve-racking, but with the help of Laurie and Larry and everyone else in the store, it was a very simple and clear process.
