I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I brought my jewelry in to be repaired, and while I was initially assured that it would be fixed properly, it broke again just one week later. This not only wasted my time and money but also caused frustration, as I trusted the quality of their work. A repair should last longer than a few days, and this experience makes me question the craftsmanship and attention to detail.
