Avoid this company at any cost. My Mother passed away 3 months ago. We have had an extremely difficult time with Great American. They will send forms to be completed. We complete and return them then are told they are the incorrect forms. Hold times on the phone are extremely long. The worst company I ever had to deal with in 56 years of my life. They should be closed down.
