This company is impossible to deal with -customer reps at the call center are very unprofessional and incompetent. Great American does not release funds when they are due and should be avoided at all costs.
Beware truck drivers and consumers that use CARGO INSURANCE! Great American Insurance Group is the worst commercial insurance your money can buy. Take your business and hard worked money somewhere else. My truck was damaged during transport and I filed a cargo claim with them almost 2 month ago. Untill this day they are doing investigation and wining about paperwork when I already provided a copy of the title for the truck in my name. They drag their feet in settling our claim. All claims were submitted by March 19 and still no checks. Their service representatives lied to me twice
