**************** reps are rude, incompetent and lie. They refuse to give their name or employee ID for reporting purposes as there legally supposed to when asked. To add when asked any prevalent Information they claim to be transferring your call but hang up on you to avoid leaking there scandal. The automotive companies which they deal with said they are cheap and are constantly fighting with them to fix issues with the cars they allowed to leave off the lot after they have masked the vehicles issues. This company is impossible to deal with -customer reps at the call center are very unprofessional and incompetent. Great American does not release funds when they are due and should be avoided at all costs.

Beware truck drivers and consumers that use CARGO INSURANCE! Great American Insurance Group is the worst commercial insurance your money can buy. Take your business and hard worked money somewhere else. My truck was damaged during transport and I filed a cargo claim with them almost 2 month ago. Untill this day they are doing investigation and wining about paperwork when I already provided a copy of the title for the truck in my name. They asked for a mountain of documents, but failed to present a plan to either repair or re... read more

I have been trying to set up a monthly payment of the interest on my annuity for the past three months. Still trying to get it right. They sucked in the principal for the account without a hiccup but asking for anything in the other direction makes them dig their heels in and turn rude. Don't let these people near your money.

They drag their feet in settling our claim. All claims were submitted by March 19 and still no checks. Their service representatives lied to me twice
