Worst flooring installer I have every seen. Total lack of respect for your home and purchase product. Also did not follow the manufacturer instructions on installation of flooring product. They used sub-contractors to install their flooring. Buyer beware

We spoke with the Director of Technical services for the National Wood Flooring Association, and he confirmed that we installed the floor per NWFA specifications. We were informed that our method is used by every installer in the country, it is the preferred method by the NWFA, and is detailed in the installation instructions per the manufacturer. The “worst installer” used on this project has laid over a million square feet for us, and has not had one rejected project.
Highly recommend these folks .. They did a great job on refinishing our kitchen and dining room floors. They look beautiful. Everyone there was so nice and friendly and really enjoyed the work they did.
I am so glad that we chose Great American flooring to do our new hardwood floors in our remodel. They worked with our schedule remarkably. The installers were knowledgeable and courteous. The finished results were better than we imagined and gorgeous! A great big thank you to all, we are thrilled and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Travis is a former employee who was recently fired.
This is the 2nd time we have used Great American Flooring for one of our homes and we've been very impressed each time. They are professional, efficient and have great communication. I highly recommend them!
