I had an incredible experience at Great American Cookies! I want to give a huge shout-out to Tammy, who did an absolute phenomenal job on our cookie cake. She freehanded the design and it looked awesome—her attention to detail is top-notch. Beyond the talent, the customer service here is extraordinary. They truly treat their customers right. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend that others stop in and see what they can do. Thanks again, Tammy!
My 3 kids and I are here a few days ago. They loved their cookies. I had a few bites myself. Staff was super friendly and even wet a napkin for me so I could clean my toddler better.

EXTREMELY INSENSITIVE!!! We have been ordering a cookie cake for my Son’s birthday since I can remember! This is his favorite place. This time they misspelled my Son’s name instead of Christian they put Christin And asked me to bring the cake back for a refund. I absolutely did not have time to go back especially with the traffic on a Saturday and the party already starting.
