I ordered a cookie cake online for my wife’s birthday a week in advance. I got to the store and it was chocolate chip dough instead of cookie batter. I explained to them I ordered cookie batter and not chocolate chip. They said it would be another hour to make another one, then said it would be 30 minutes to make it. I said that was fine. I ordered a cake, arrived 45 mins after it was to be finished and they had never even checked to see a cake was ordered. They threw together a cake without the design I paid for and also without the extras I paid for. They offered 2 cookies to make up for this, what a joke. My 2 year old thought she was getting a train cake, she got a blank cake. �

Wonderful staff! I ordered a cookie cake a couple weeks ago and there was some confusion about the pick up date. They were so nice about it and even gave me the cake for free!

What a great group of people. They are friendly and have the best treats. The cookie cakes were a big hit at my grandsons bd.
