Very rude employees. Ordered a cookie cake online, and my daughter went to pick it up. It wasn't done at the requested pickup time. Employee then yelled at my daughter when she asked why the cake wasn't ready. After my daughter called me to tell me, I tried calling the store several times, but they would just pick up the phone then immediately hang up. Come here often considering I work in the mall. Came to treat my son to some Halloween fun today, ordered a regular cookie with a ghost drawn on it in icing, (keep in mind this exact thing was on display in their case, so you would think it would be no problem to order it), and you would think I had asked the girl, Emily, to move the store across the street. I ordered a unicorn cake for my daughter's birthday, and she had a specific cake in mind. I emailed them a picture, knowing they most likely would have to make adjustments. Turns out it looked almost identical to what we asked for and turned out precious!! Great Job!!
My son wanted a trampoline with4 kids jumping on it for his birthday. I didn't think there was any way someone could pull it off. I picked it up and it was amazing!! They had done such a great job and made his day!
I think great American cookies is delicious. My favorite cookie is chewy chocolate.
