My daughter worked for this company for a short time. Her grandmother was fighting stage 4 breast cancer so she needed time off so she could see her before she passed and the manager talked trash about my daughter and her grandmother. I wouldn’t and won’t spend a penny of my money for such a trashy place. Oh and they cut her pay without notice. This place is TRASH!!!
RecommendedMy daughter is a Harry Potter fan, I don’t have the slightest clue about Harry Potter. I called and asked if they could do something for the theme. The girl told me yes, asked what I wanted.. told her basically to surprise me. This is by far one of the best cakes I have ever purchased from here! It exceeded my expectations! She didn’t have a clue about it until after we got it! Thank y’all so much!!!
I went in and bought 2 large pretzel bites . One was garlic flavor & it was nasty & had way too much powder on the product so I asked to switch it with something else. One girl told me ok and it was coming out the oven. But the dark young man called me to the counter & told me NO because I ordered a “whole large” and that’s why he offers samples. Wasn’t even offered a refund. Rude & gossiping about other employees.
Very rude employees. Ordered a cookie cake online, and my daughter went to pick it up. It wasn't done at the requested pickup time. Employee then yelled at my daughter when she asked why the cake wasn't ready. After my daughter called me to tell me, I tried calling the store several times, but they would just pick up the phone then immediately hang up. this is my thoughts I did not like the ice cream or whatever that was that I ate the flavors do not taste like the flavors it just tastes like chalk just make please make better quality ice cream yogurt whatever you sell at that place that's all I had
