I just picked up a cookie cake that I had called for several days before and it was hideous. When I called I asked for a snowman scene and the happy birthday writing. When I picked it up it said happy birthday so large that there was only room for three small snowflakes in a corner. I have always had a great experience at this store. The cookies are always good and the decorating is great. All the employees are nice and helpful.
I came in last week and got a cookie cake for my daughter, and spoke to a young lady named Megan. She was very kind, helpful and she decorated my cake beautifully! my daughter was ecstatic when i brought it home to her. Very talented young girl.
