What I ordered vs what I received, looks like something from a Pinterest fail! After speaking to a manager he said “they have different designs at this location”. I guess that meant a salamander instead of a dinosaur 🤣
Absolutely terrible service! We were there purchasing cookies and were told we can’t use gift certificates to purchase anything on special, i.e. buy 3 get 1 free. We paid full price for everything with our gift certificates, left and went home to discover we weren’t given everything. I called, they were not polite at all, and was given up to a week to return to get my gift certificate or credit for the missing items. I’ve never encountered a store that gift cards/certificates can not be used with store specials.

Please train employees on proper food handling procedures. Their cookies used to be one of my family’s favorite Christmas traditions but I’m afraid that has come to an end. I looked up from corralling my four small children and putting away my wallet just in time to see the man behind the counter wipe his runny nose with the full length of his palm and then bag our cookies with the same hand. RecommendedToday i was in and i had amazing customer service. Normally when i come in, service is not good. Either they are in back right behind the doors, on there phone up front, talking to there friends, or they just have a very bad and snouty attitude. I like coming in i love the cookies, but i feel most days customers arent a priority but today i did feel that way.

Will not use this place again. Done! Quote you a price on the phone, you get there to pick up the cake, almost $20 more! And I verified before ordering. Young staff doesn’t care and unbearably rude! Done!
