We order cakes/cookies here every year with no problems, they usually look great! I picked up a cake today though that was... absolutely unacceptable. (Wish I could post a picture here.) You don't charge that much for a cake & send it out looking like a kindergartener did the lettering. They started the lettering too big so they ran out of room & attempted to squeeze it in so the lettering went from really big to small, went over the boarder, it was rough - should have scraped it off & tried again.
