I got my car washed two weeks ago, when I got back to my office I saw that part of my door handle was missing. I immediately called and was told they were too busy to deal with me. I was really disappointed with the level of customer service. However, two weeks later (today) I went in and explained what happened. Incredibly disappointed. Purchased the freedom service( total of $31) and got a detail worth $15(maybe). I was having my boyfriends car detailed since he's been letting me use it the passed 2 weeks and had to take it to a gas station to finish the job. The door jams were half way wiped down, the inside Windows were still smudgy, the only part of the interior that they wiped down was the dashboard. Outstanding! These guys always do a great job!!!! I have the $45 monthly membership and man is it worth it!
Customer service is unfortunately lacking at this car wash. I would recommend for the owner to take lessons from Chick Fil A and the amazing customer service received there. Helping out a beautiful woman and her ruggedly handsome husband as they do a quick cleaning of a car seat their son had just vomited in should have been an easy helpful thing to do. Giving back to the community is something that every business in the United States should strive for.
I went today and not very happy! My back seat was not vacuumed my doors and cup holders were not wiped down and windows still dirty and paid over $40 for it!! My husband got in it when he got off and said you got the car cleaned today it looks like sh.. Hope you didn't pay a lot for this!! If I didn't work the rest of the day and all day tomorrow 10-8 I would go back and complain in person!! Very disappointed..
