was disappointed when I paid for the full service Freedom wash. I had the rear seat backs down so they would vacuum that area good but they did not raise them to vacuum the rear seats.
got a complete job with bug removal and rainex bugs still on car. I will not be going back. the job got done to fast for a complete job.
Just got the full service pkg. It took approximately 15 mins for them to “complete” the job. That’s because it wasn’t complete. Trunk still dirty, floor mats not even vacuumed, bugs all over headlights, grill and body. Dusted the rest of the dash, console and doors myself. White reside on leather door panel. Dirt scuff marks on floor panels. Residue all over windshield. It will only let me upload one pic, but I have plenty. I will NEVER go back there again.
Wow ..dodged a bullet called to see if they had any father's day specials was planning on getting a gift card. I get more response out of my dog the person on the other end was vague to say the least. The response to my question was "no we don't have specials" ok fair enough .. can I get a gift card over the phone because I live out of town "We don't take credit card numbers over the phone" ok then .. let's pull some teeth.. ummm is there a way to get one if I am out of town? If there was negatives... I would give this place negatives.. 2nd time here and they are RUDE, their not professional, their cleaning job is not complete and will NEVER be back again. The manager needs to learn customer service skills.
Never again! I paid $37.00 for what the sign said would be a full service "auto detail" What a joke and complete waste of not only money but time! If this is their definition of detailing I could certainly get my 7 year old a job here to do that! I left there feeling nothing short of robbed, and frustrated. I came here for the first time yesterday, to get my car cleaned, paying the $35 for the full service. As I left, my car is still dirty and hasn't been vacuumed in the seats, having a dog and all, it is hard and I explained I need my car cleaned because I'm trading in my vehicle. Needless to say, I called the shop today, and the person over the phone was extremely rude to me.
