I went to the location at terminal E at Miami airport. The staff was completely rude and disgusting towards us. My wife and parents went to get a few cups of coffee. The staff were in the middle of the conversation and they were immediately angry they were interrupted to DO THEIR JOB! My wife asked for creamer for 2 coffees and they gave her only a few. Was not impressed at all with the food or service. The food was just okay. The staff were rude and not helpful. They didn’t ask if we were together, wanted more than one thing, or talk to us much overall. They let us pick one item on the menu and told us to move. When we asked for something else, they seemed almost annoyed.

This was the most disgusting bagel I’ve ever put my mouth on it went directly to the trashcan then I watch five other people trying to eat this and they did the same thing I advise you not to visit

I should have known not to buy the panini when I saw it was pre-made and under a heat lamp. It was soft, wet, smushy, and tasteless. Shame on me for not checking the reviews first.
