Friendly and knowledgeable team. Fair pricing too. Only feedback is protocols should be tweaked to provide timely feedback to clients. Waited a day each time but had to call for updates. Also, anytime repair costs exceed amount discussed by say, 10%, it's a good idea to call to advise. We'll make this go to shop now we live here. Great job Ray and Mike.
They kept my classic truck for 2 years. they did not fix it. They relocated it to their Henderson location without telling me and They put over 1000 miles on it. Not only did they not fix it.They charged me 11,000.00 in CASH They broke the steering column and returned it unsafe to drive. Took it back and returned it with a broken steering wheel column and transmission and told me don't call back when questioned. The owner is not a mechanic he is a finance guy for a dealership. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
I was so excited when I find out there was a Grease Monkey in Las Vegas! I've been getting my oil change from Grease Monkey for years in Atlanta and let me tell you, the Las Vegas location did not disappoint. Chris was very warm and welcoming and knowledgeable about my car. David, the store manager also was very welcoming and quite informative.
