Great experience as always. Waiting room feels comfy and spacious. And they also offer a wide variety of refreshments. Customer service is always top tier. Friendly and not overbearing like most where they constantly try to sell you off on different services they offer, unless it is necessary for your vehicle. But would highly recommend coming to this location.
I came in early Saturday to the most friendly and welcoming team! The lady up front is so kind and so helpful! The service was very quick and the waiting room was so clean and was stocked with snacks and drinks! As a women i and was 1 of 3 in the waiting room at the time I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable with being pushed to upgrade or purchase anything unnecessary. Thought I would get my oil changed in the new business. The service was super nice and friendly, invite to a waiting room where they have complimentary popcorn and soda, and a convient located restroom. They jumped right on it after pulling in my vehicle. The usual price structure of the different services they perform was presented with professionalism and pleasentness. Got out probe a little longer than 15 minutes, prob spent half the time trying to get my long truck into the bay. Overall good experience.
Grease monkey in Taylorsville was amazing! They were very nice, quick, knowledgeable, and answered some complicated questions I had about transmission services, even though I was only there for an oil change. They left a cute yellow carnation on the dash which sent my 9 year old daughter over the moon! She was telling all her friends and mine for days! It was so cute. Meant to write this when I first visited here, but my new favorite location! One of the female techs (I believe her name is Coco) is outstanding and deserves a raise!!! I have never been to a car maintenance center that has made feel so comfortable and accommodated, especially as a woman. I received an oil change here, and throughout the entire service, Coco kept updating me on everything going on and keeping me informed.
