Thought I would get my oil changed in the new business. The service was super nice and friendly, invite to a waiting room where they have complimentary popcorn and soda, and a convient located restroom. They jumped right on it after pulling in my vehicle. The usual price structure of the different services they perform was presented with professionalism and pleasentness. Got out probe a little longer than 15 minutes, prob spent half the time trying to get my long truck into the bay. Overall good experience.
Grease Monkey in Taylorsville was amazing! The staff was friendly, professional, and really knew their stuff. The lobby was super clean they also have a second child friendly lobby in case you come in and it’s your kids this was something great to see!! with free drinks and popcorn, and even the bathroom was spotless this is a great thing while in public!. Fast, excellent service—this is officially my go-to spot for vehicle maintenance!

Fantastic shop revitalizing a struggling area. I've been here twice now and both times have been fast, thorough, and friendly. Yes, they show you your air filter and make recommendations but they give you a recommended service sheet and leave it at that, free information and prices to peruse at your convenience applicable to your vehicle. Love the service! Wonderful greeting by the lady that comes by to check you in. Clean and updated waiting area with lots of refreshments and screen running a full service list with prices. The gentlemen working on my cars came to show me the status of oil and air filters. They also give you a list of recommended needed services your car needs with a range of price for each service.
