Thought I would get my oil changed in the new business. The service was super nice and friendly, invite to a waiting room where they have complimentary popcorn and soda, and a convient located restroom. They jumped right on it after pulling in my vehicle. The usual price structure of the different services they perform was presented with professionalism and pleasentness. Got out probe a little longer than 15 minutes, prob spent half the time trying to get my long truck into the bay. Overall good experience.
Grease Monkey was amazing. I went in for an oil change and they went above and beyond. They vacuumed my floors, cleaned the windshield, and even replaced a brake light—only charging for the bulb. The staff was kind and professional, and the lobby was great for my 4-year-old with popcorn, drinks, and fruit snacks. When we got back in the car, it smelled great and there was a flower on the dashboard. Such thoughtful, top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back!
This was my first time visiting Grease monkey for an oil change, and I was absolutely impressed with the service that I was given. They were very, friendly, quite efficient in their work explaining to me. Everything that I had to know ,As far as changing the oil.. inside the waiting area was also very nice. Can I just say how amazing this place is ?? I went in for just an oil change and the staff treated me with so much respect and kindness. They didn’t take advantage of me. They were so honest with everything I needed and very understanding with what I couldn’t do at the moment. The staff members were so welcoming and amazing ! I am very impressed with the service I received at Grease Monkey. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. They took the time to show me the filters so I could see their condition, and they explained what needed attention without pressuring me into unnecessary services. When the work was completed, I returned to my car to find that the interior had been cleaned, it smelled wonderful, and there was even a carnation flower placed on the dashboard—a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly pampered.
