Add oil light came on today. Upon arrival Charles and his team guided me into a bay topped off my oil with a smile. Then I was on my way. Great experience. Thank you for saving a lady who was on the way to airport.
DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!! They lie about parts that need replacing, i was told my front breaks pad had little to no life left and that the back are bad too. The next day, I went to pep boys because grease monkey had no availability, and pep boys told me that my front breaks were fine and that only the back was bad! Not only that, but grease monkey tired to charge me 600 for my break pads and rotors front and back just for labor, not even with parts, and pep boys only cost 330 just labor. 5 stars isn’t enough for these guys! Went in for a oil change on wife’s car and they were awesome I could clearly hear them communicating torque specs for drain bolt, levels of fluids, and they are FAST I was there for less than 10 minutes and the price was great for full synthetic oil. High five team you guys rock and will definitely be back thank you!!
