Love it and the free wash and vacuum are a really nice touch. Unfortunately I have an update. I've been using Grease Monkey pretty regularly for my oil changes for several years now the last oil change they underfilled the car significantly more than a quart and a half low the time before that they didn't last several of the air filter cabinet latches one broke off and I had to replace it myself. Got the 35$ wash and they did the basic wash. The mats weren't washed, rims were still dirty, and had dust still all over my display. I expected them to do what they said so won't go there again and get over sold.
I recently visited this shop for an oil change and car wash. However, after the service, I noticed an oil leak in my vehicle. I returned to your shop to report the issue and ask for assistance, but I was informed that the leak occurred due to my actions and that the shop could not assist me in resolving the matter. I was not provided with a clear or helpful explanation, and the response I received felt inadequate and unprofessional.
Stopped by for an oil change about 25 minutes before closing. Greeted with a friendly smile from Marshall. Excellent service and professional environment. Will definitely be going back. Thanks Marshall!!
