I recently visited this shop for an oil change and car wash. However, after the service, I noticed an oil leak in my vehicle. I returned to your shop to report the issue and ask for assistance, but I was informed that the leak occurred due to my actions and that the shop could not assist me in resolving the matter. I was not provided with a clear or helpful explanation, and the response I received felt inadequate and unprofessional.
Stopped by for an oil change about 25 minutes before closing. Greeted with a friendly smile from Marshall. Excellent service and professional environment. Will definitely be going back. Thanks Marshall!!
On top of an almost $40 car wash.. You shouldn’t expect them to fully clean or dry your car! As it was told to me, that if they have to fully clean something, it’s considered a detail and not a part of a car wash. This coming from management I wouldn’t recommend getting anything more than a basic car wash. Will not be returning
Love it and the free wash and vacuum are a really nice touch.
