I had a mediocre / bad experience for an oil change last week. They accidentally left a flap hanging down on my Toyota Prius later last week when I went for an oil change. I figured it out when I heard my car dragging that flap on the bottom part of the car on the ground on the highway when I was about 8-9 miles away. First of all, the oil change was $89, which was expensive. The Prius use expensive oil so it's usually $60-$90 but they were at the upper end of the range.
