When did Grease Monkey get so expensive and take over an hour to get an oil change and drain/fill transfer case?
Don’t trust this place to do anything other than simple oil changes. We brought our car in for an oil and transmission fluid change. Less than 4 months later we needed work done on the car at another mechanic. That mechanic said the transmission fluid needed changing. I attached pictures below. I brought the car back to a different Grease Monkey store than we had the services done initially and were told they couldn’t fix the issue so I was forced to drive to this location. Not pushy or agressive very quick as well with my oil change.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had them flush and replace my transmission fluid, or so I thought. Then I had my brakes worked on by another automotive repair shop - one with INTEGRITY. They do a 50 point inspection as part of their work and low and behold, the transmission fluid was a dark red/brown. I had only driven my car for 15k miles since they flushed it.
