Always good service! Honest and trustworthy
I received a quick and speedy oil change on Monday which was done incorrectly and I ended up leaking a lot of oil. I have family in town as my mom is terminal and need to travel a lot. My father sent me a picture of his driveway and told me I am leaking something. I checked the spot where my car was parked yesterday and there was a very big puddle. I went to Grease Monkey after I went to three other places who quoted me a wait time from 1 1/2 hours to 2 1/2 hours. Grease Monkey had me in and out in 17 minutes. They changed my oil, showed me my filthy air filter and they changed that, and gave me an outline of future maintenance items for me to look out for. I recommend this location for anyone looking for quick, efficient, and courteous service.
Today, I had a great experience at the Grease Monkey on Potomac and Arapahoe. I was helped by the store Manager Andy, as well as the Assistant Manager Ruben and the Lead Technician Cameron. I was in and out in 25 minutes, which bests the time that the dealership takes by 50 minutes. I was very pleased with the work done. Their effort was professional, effective, and efficient.
