Called about 25 mins before closing on a Saturday right as I was leaving town. JD and Olivia were awesome and took care of small oil leak right before they closed. Awesome service!
Amazing service. They did a peace of mind check on a leak for me, free of charge!!! They explained what was going on and printed out a full vehicle history report - no charge! Highly recommend!!
This shop is the best. Amazing customer service. Always extremely kind and helpful. I never feel pressured to do work beyond what I came in for. And they offer to top off any fluids between oil changes. Super clean and comfortable waiting area with a/c, snacks and water.
I received HORRIBLE service! They claimed to just do a regular oil change and did NOT tighten all the bolts in the bottom that my cover came off in the highway. Horrible and scary!! They claimed to do a standard checklist told me I needed my air filter replaced and now when I took it for maintenance my lid and air filter were NEVER PUT BACK. I was driving with nothing. DO NOT GO TO THIS GREASE MONKEY! WASTE OF MONEY!!
Cannot recommend enough! I stopped in on my lunch break and was seen immediately. In and out in about 15-20 minutes. The gal (I believe the manager?) that helped me was so great and HONEST! Showed me my filters and said she didn’t recommend a change but maybe on the next oil change to look at them again. Gave me options for a few things and didn’t try to upsell me. 10/10 from me! Keep up the great work Grease Monkey!
