I wanted to share my recent experience with your Burnet Road location in Austin. JD, the technician, was incredibly helpful. Even though it was right at closing time, he went above and beyond to top off my oil and other fluids. JD's thoroughness and positive attitude truly stood out. Many quick oil change places would have turned me away so close to closing, but he stayed late to complete the job with expertise and a smile. Technicians like JD are rare. Techs installed the new brake lights for me and did the inspection quickly and professionally. Thanks Grease Monkey! Another great visit! Showed me my drain plug and recommended a fix so that the pan would not leak. Great communication. Did it for free.. wish inspector was there but that's OK
It is rare to see an auto shop with integrity. After having my brake & pads replaced the Mechanic noticed the sensor was not responsive. Though the problem wasn’t able to be resolved at the time of my walk-in repair. The owner left a message later that evening acknowledging the problem inviting me to return the next morning to resolve the problem.
