As usual, I received great customer service from Grease Monkey. They always do their best to solve any car maintenance problems that I bring to them.
The staff made my brake replacement and oil change feel SO easy and stress free. I was able to drop off my van knowing the exact plan, and they very openly and clearly communicated all potential and final expenses. I felt so taken care of! Special shout out to Hunter's customer service!!
Brought my car in for brake job. They got me in quickly and finished the work within a couple hours. The mechanics were very up front about what they thought the repairs would cost, and what was actually necessary to replace. They kept me informed through phone calls every step of the way and waited for my approval before moving forward with recommended repairs. All the staff were very kind, courteous, and informative!
