Just to give everyone a heads up out there. I would not use the grease monkey in Canonsburg for oil changes. They did the oil change on my sons car two weeks Ago and did not put the plug in properly and the plug fell out and blew up his motor. Jim Holtschlag will not take responsibility and fix my sons car. Tried saying that we tampered with the oil plug. What a horrible way to run a business and not being able to step and take a responsibility that things like this can occur to everyone. I was a huge fan of grease monkey for my oil change needs. That’s until this morning. You open at 9am and at 920 am, you’re still not opened. That’s not ok.
I hardly ever write business reviews, but I feel like the guys at Grease Monkey are a rarity these days. I’ve been there several times now and the staff treats customers like they are very important to them. Each visit they have been organized, fast, and friendly. GREAT PLACE TO HAVE YOUR OIL CHANGED.
I have been here multiple times and each time the staff is beyond helpful, kind and welcoming. In a fast paced world, it is nice to see employees get the job done while also taking the time for customer service.
20 minutes max from the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out. The interior vacuum and window clean is a great service and the attendant (can't remember her name) was very polite and informative. I'll be back for sure!
Quick honest service! I will make sure this is where I get my oil changed from now on.
