Took our vehicle in there and brought it home and it was leaking out of the oil filter they told us to bring it back we brought it back and they were very rude and customer service is not good trying to say that they did not see any oil when I had went under the vehicle and seen oil coming out of the filter and it was tight

Rod the owner put a double gasket on our 2017 Kia Soul causing a major oil leak. I was charged $137.00 just for the dealership to degrease the engine and clean it up enough to find the oil leak. Rod refused to reimburse me the $255.00 (NOT a ton of money for a business like that) I paid to Dick Hannah to fix our car. I don't know were to start. Great staff, prices can't be beat, speed of service great, and clean seating area with coffee water and snacks. Thank You Grease Monkey for the best oil change experience. I will be back.
Fast service, friendly staff
What an experience! Decided to give them a try on the way to my usual place and I am so happy I did! I’ll be back for sure! Everyone from start to finish went above and beyond! David was very helpful as was eveyone else! They helped me find the right product for my car, made recommendations without being pushy, vacuumed my car and even left me a trash bag and a mint on my dash! AND if that wasnt enough they were done with my car lickety split! Highly recommend to everyone!!
Great fast friendly service. Just what I needed this morning. Everyone was super nice, great value and they have a puppy. Stop in for service and support a local small business owner. You won’t be disappointed.
