Randy and Mark are my HEROES !! My elderly mother spends 6 months in Hagerstown, MD during the summer - and 6 months in south Florida with me during the winter. F250 twin turbo I've been going to mobileone for a few years. I have an f250 turbo, chipped truck and also a Chevy Cobalt SS modified. Stopped at grease monkey with a vac problem in my truck. The staff was very knowledgeable and had answers for my difficult questions. My truck is running and shifting very nicely after the new fluids. Couldnt be happier with the outcome, thanks Tyson!
Took my car in two years ago to get a oil change and two weeks later the engine blow up no oil was added at the time of the change store or grease monkey would not accept and responsiabilty. Had a new engine installed took car to get oil changed this time the engine was over filled with oil and my brand new engine now has a oil leak at the oil pan. Taking it back tomorrow morning there fixing this one that's for sure
Very Professional, Quick and fast service.
Very rude service, very sexist and unprofessional. Do not recommend this specific facility.
Wife waited an hour while two employees cussed at each other and argued while the same car stayed in the bay. Tried to rip off my wife by charging her $40 more than advertised price. She finally just left. As she was leaving the employees even harassed her. Have used them in the past with no issue, but will never be going back.
