I have brought my truck and my wife’s car to this location (#42 15321 E Quincy Ave) several times over the last few years, this was the last time. Today I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation as usual. The tech brought me out to look at my truck and informed me my lugs have been rounded over, because the called for socket won’t fit. I told him they were the last to rotate them. I told them 2 times ago they rotated them, that last time there was a long delay to do it so we skipped it. They are great ! Very quick and informative and they vacuum ���� I recommend to all my friends and family .
These guys are awesome, always a great job and great service ! Price is right for all you get ... windows, vacuuming, tire pressure, fluids , etc....
If I could give negative 5 starts I would. This place is a total rip off. They charged for the job but installed a junk yard part. Water pump squeaks. Charged more than the estimate and then damaged my lug nuts in my wheel that cost me $105 to fix. Stay away from these rip off artists
Grease Monkey in Brighton Co put in the wrong oil, would not admit they were wrong and did not provide 100% satisfaction as stated on their website. I spend $1000 a year with them. Apparently they don't want my business. Fine I'll never go back!
Terrible service. They lost some skid plate clips and misdiagnosed a leak. They said it was a cv axel. It was an engine intake hose. I called and Cody offered me a free oil change. I returned ONLY because of the free change and Cody did not honor the offer. He told me after they changed my oil and charged me full price, minus $15. When I left, my check engine and traction control lights were on. I was not treated well. He told me my car was still leaking, but wouldn't tell me where.
