RUN!!! They installed my brake pads BACKWARDS!! How is that even possible! Then, when I demanded to take my pickup elsewhere, the DISTRICT MGR Mark, ph # 253 258 8824, Cussed and yelled at me! I had to take it to Les Schwab to get it done right (shoulda done that first) and then when driving the 2 miles between shops the backwards pads had ruined my rotors, Mark promised to send me money to cover the damages, and then 2 weeks later called me and cussed at me again and said he wasn't sending the money as he'd promised. RecommendedI came in today. after a Terrible week of taking two members off life support days apart, I went in a bit later then I thought. the guys there where so kind and willing to get my oil change done even though they closed in 20 mins. after all said and done I came out to my car and found 3 flowers on the dash board. Great staff so friendly and helpful and were able to clearly communicate and answer all my questions. Best automatic be experience I’ve ever had!
$14.00 for a wash and you pay $2.00 for 5 min. to vaccum. won't be back
These guys are great! We got locked out of my car while it was in the bay and they responded with good natured humor and didn't make me feel at all like an idiot for not warning them about my trick (ie broken) car doors. They are quick, excellent, and very reasonably priced.
I recommend these guys because they are the best. They are very honest and hard working people. Vinnie and his team will get the job done and your car will be running smoothly down the road. A +++
I didn't feel like changing my own oil this time so I went to Grease Monkey for the first time. friendly and fast! They vacuumed and wiped down the inside. Great service!
