Brought my 2008 Mercedes e350 oil change. This man ripped a wire off one of the ignition coils near the oil cap then said I drove the car in with the check engine light. I called their corporate offices and I’m still waiting for their call back. Unfortunately for this gentleman I kept up with this car and the engine bay was immaculate, until he touched it.
