I went yesterday to the Kernersville location and was quoted 450.00 for a tuneup I only needed spark plug change and I was told I could bring my own which I thought would lower the price however I returned today and was quoted 710.00 after waiting in their lobby for a hour......what a ripoff!!
I took my car in for an inspection and told the guy that my driver side brake light was out but I had the bulb for him to replace it. I waited around 45 minutes inside and watched my car on the monitor the entire time sitting outside of the garage area. My car sat there untouched the entire time I was there.
