Don't go there! While doing my oil change they loosen the screws to my transmission pan. The next morning all of my transmission fluid was on the ground. When I took my car back they smiled and said I needed a new gasket. I reminded them that they put the gasket on the last time I was there. They tightened the screws and refilled the transmission fluid and told me to come back tomorrow ... for more unneeded repairs? A complete RIP OFF!
I have liked this business in the past but the last few visits have been frustrating! Computer down so I had to return the next day and I live 30 min. away. Then when I had to repeat a service and for got coupon they would not honor it later. Then manager basically thanked me for not returning. I really don't think I was asking for much. But he does not seem to care about customer service!

If you want to get ripped off this is the perfect place to go. I had them diagnose my car for $90 which is fine if you diagnose it correctly then they wanted to charge me $300 for $100 battery. They try to fool me and tell me it's a special battery that they got at O'Reilly's so I went to O'Reilly's and they let me know there was nothing special about my battery just a regular battery. The guys a grease monkey at this location were very respectful polite and prompt soon as I pulled up they were asking me what Kind oil change I wanted.and what I needed to have done and then I met the manager Andrew he was very courteous kind and helpful on answering a few more questions that I had to have done to my vehicle I will definitely be going back to this location to have my two vehicles serviced thank you
I would not recommend anyone to do business here. Their customer service is extremely poor. I went to purchase tires and should have turned around when I witness the manager arguing with the customer in front of me about a check engine light. I continued to purchase the tires anyway. Prior to coming into the shop I called ahead to make sure had the run-flat tire I needed. The manager's exact response was "yes, they are the exact tires that's on your car now". i have never had a problem with grease monkey. they are honest with everyone not just men. Best place for auto problems by far and here is one example of a problem i with another place and how grease monkey came through Went to Home of Economy yesterday to have a PCV valve put in guy says it only takes a few min cost about $5. After he pulls my car in looks under the hood he comes back to me and says its not as easy as i thought this one was so you will need to schedule an appt. its under the intake manifold and i have to te... read more
