They went above and beyond. I was headed to them with a broken alternator belt and literally died in the turn lane in front of their shop. They came out to me, jumped the car with their jump box, left it on as I made my way into the parking lot and their garage. They fixed it within 30 minutes, shoveled their parking area so that I'd have an easier time of getting out and all for a good price. Made a bad situation turn out good. Thank You!!!!
I walked in for an oil change, very obviously not knowing much about cars whatsoever. Everyone I talked to was so so helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid like a lot of places do for being female and not knowing much. They were so kind, and SO fast. I’m used to waiting upwards of an hour other places, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes total! I can’t thank them enough for making a dreadful task something much more pleasant! Needed a power steering hose replaced, I had the part, they fix it lickity split. Much appreciated
attendant met me at my car because of construction in the front, to ask what he could do for me. polite, courteous, did NOT charge me for anything I didn't request, but did make recommendations. left a flower on my dash :)
So I normally have my oil changed at the Airway Heights Grease Monkey. Last time I had my oil changed a couple of months ago I left there and the car began to idle very roughly. Made it over to Post Falls and looked up on the internet what might be causing it and it said too much oil. I'll say too much oil, 5.5 quarts too much!!!
