DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE! The service is god awful. Not only will you wait over an hour to get in, the employees are rude, try to price hike anything and everything, and generally do not know what they are doing. If you have an expensive car, they will scratch it or cause damage to the engine because they suck.. period. Will never go here again. Extremely dissappointing
Waited 25 mins and nobody even talked to me on Sat 9/2/17 maybe with the 4 cars they had ahead of me they were swamped still could have said something. Never again!
If there was a zero star, I'd use that! 3 employees: 1 went to lunch or left, 1 on his phone & extremely rude, 1 actually working. 40 minute wait & left because no movement in cars. Extremely poor service in all accounts!
Do not have any work done here!! I brought my new car several times for full synthetic oil only to bring it to a mechanic a year later to find out they have never replaced my oil filter and I had a huge oil leak around the filter housing. They still charged me for an oil filter every time I brought it in too. They are nothing but scammers!
STAY AWAY FEOM THIS PLACE!!!!!They put a cracked oil filter on my car which led to an oil leak...of course they claim they would not do that. Did not offer ANY sort of reimbursement for the money I had to pay my mechanic to clean the oil off the underside of my car all the way back to my rear brakes and have a huge oil spot on my driveway that was just sealed this year. They have not heard the end of me yet!!
