Our car overheated and we were an hour away from home. They got us in immediately, checked our fluids, and topped off our coolant for almost nothing! They even gave us a heads up about our water pump starting to go out. They saved the day!
Will not take my car for oil changes anywhere else so long as I live near Bloomington. These guys are the best!! Fast and friendly service, they go above and beyond. The owner cares greatly about his customers and I appreciate the honesty and trust I have with Grease Monkey. Keep up the great work!

Back in August/September we thought we were happy with our first service here... but today found out otherwise! My husband is currently at a dealership in Bloomington getting $600+ in repairs on our van. The dealership showed my husband the damage that was sustained from our last oil change at Grease Monkey. My husband talked to the owner but he's not doing anything to help us. We won't be going back.
I had been taking my car here for over a year, and shortly after started having engine failure problems. Everywhere I took my car to be looked at suggested that the oil was not done properly (every time I went there, they had boys that were freshman and juniors at my high school who were the ones to work on it) the owner described them as "professionals". got a shocker of a bill at the counter...86 bucks for a oil change...no prior notice of other option....never...ever going back...rediculous
