Took advantage of me as I had a brake hose go out, I was terrified after almost having an accident and I parked my car in parking lot next to them. They fixed the brake hose alright but managed to completely ruin a caliper. Now I will have to miss class, work and several important exams as my car is UN-DRIVEABLE and I have to wait a few days to get it fixed. I wouldn't go here for anything other than an oil change. Thanks grease monkey.
My boyfriend and I both used to trust this place with our trucks... until they left a major sensor in his truck completely unplugged, watched it die in the parking lot on the way out, and said and did nothing. Disappointing.
failed to do a basic oil change. watched my truck die in the parking lot as I was leaving, and made no attempt to assist me. I went home and looked under the hood and a major air sensor was left unplugged. I used to recommend this place.. never again.
The people that work here are all so freaking amazing. EVERY.SINGLE.ONE. I was having an emergency and my car was leaking oil badly, I go into Grease Monkey and they fixed the leak, put in more oil, changed the filter, fixed my brush guard, gave my dogs treats, gave me a flower and even open the door for me to leave.....and they didn't charge me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just asked that next time I need my oil changed that I come see them � my heart is so full! Grease Monkey has made a lifelong customer out of this greatful girl!!!!!!!... read more
