On July 29, 2020, I went to grease monkey to get an oil change. On August 15th, I noticed I had a leak and it was leaking a lot so, on August 17th, I called my dealership to have it checked out, on 8/21 5:55pm I get a call from the dealership asking me when was the last time I had an oil change that I had no oil in it and that it was done incorrectly. Great location! Their techs are great guys. I've known @[100014116231690:Rob Ice] forever and I can't speak for all their technician's but will speak for him by knowing he would never offer an up sale unless they truly believe your vehicle needs that specific product. I take my 2014 Ford F350 work truck for every single oil & filter change.
I was pleased to get service recommendations from owners manual and the checks on fluids. Good job guys thanks
Got my oil changed less than 2 weeks ago. They apparently double casketed my car. Tried to charge me for their mistake. Will NEVER return to ANY Grease Monkey.
